Our Approach
At Purdie Legal we understand that the need for a family lawyer is usually associated with a time of stress and major change in your life.

Whilst litigation is a last resort, it is unfortunately a path that is sometimes unavoidable. Matters in court are usually emotionally draining and often parties do not anticipate the length of time involved both at court and in between hearings. Having an approachable solicitor who is available to answer your queries regardless of how significant they may or may not be is vital.
Whilst the practice specialises in Family Law, we are also able to assist with the preparation of Wills and attending to estate needs, conveyancing and commercial leasing. We offer new clients a non-obligatory complimentary telephone call of 15 minutes duration to advise on how we can best assist you in resolving your legal matters.
Our usual hours are 8.30am to 5pm, with after hours and weekend appointments by arrangement. We appreciate that time is precious, even more so when you are navigating new life circumstances and juggling the demands after separation.
